3n3n Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "3n3n" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 3n3n.net and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any natural person who has registered a 3n3n account or who accesses any portion of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform, including the associated wallet balance.
• "Real Money Gaming" refers to any wager placed on the Platform using funds deposited into the Player's Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent value, or non-cashable balance credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "PHP / ₱" means Philippine Pesos, the sole base currency of the 3n3n Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3n3n. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of use;
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by 3n3n or PAGCOR;
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to register and engage in real money gaming on 3n3n is 21 years old, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 3n3n reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and all deposits will be returned to the verified payment method.

3.2 Geographic Restriction

3n3n is intended for use by residents and persons physically present within the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own legal risk. 3n3n is not liable for any legal consequences arising from a Player's access to the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 3n3n. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers are used — are prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances therein.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including their legal full name, date of birth, Philippine address, and a valid contact number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 3n3n will require the Player to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID) and proof of address not older than three (3) months. 3n3n reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify 3n3n support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3n3n accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online, and 7-Eleven OTC cash-in. 3n3n does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's account verification status. 3n3n does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be completed and approved;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be fully met;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method in the Player's own name;
• 3n3n reserves the right to process withdrawals in tranches at its discretion for large amounts;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method; GCash and Maya withdrawals typically settle within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

3n3n complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. 3n3n reserves the right to flag, hold, or report any transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity or that trigger AML thresholds, in accordance with applicable law. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives issued by 3n3n are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods stated at the time each offer is presented. Players must opt in to promotions in the manner specified. Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (as stated per promotion) before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements; live casino games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

3n3n reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close any Account, where the Platform determines — in its sole reasonable judgment — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate welcome bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, and coordinating bonus exploitation with other accounts.

6.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Household

The welcome bonus is available once per new Player. Players sharing a household IP address, device, or verified physical address as an existing Player are not eligible for an additional welcome bonus.

7. Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games on 3n3n are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or operated by live dealer studios using physical equipment. Game outcomes are determined independently of 3n3n's operational systems. In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game round, 3n3n will endeavour to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state. If resolution is not possible, the wager will be voided and the stake returned.

7.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA official standings, NBA box scores, UFC official results). 3n3n reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where the integrity of a market is compromised.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market. 3n3n reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including restricting maximum bets on individual accounts at its sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3n3n Platform:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with live dealer staff;
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Registering or operating an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing any false, misleading, or fraudulent information to 3n3n at any time;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code or backend systems.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 3n3n

3n3n reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory risk, or where required by applicable law or a regulatory authority's direction.

9.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request permanent or temporary account closure at any time by contacting 3n3n support. Requests for closure under responsible gaming grounds (self-exclusion) will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after any applicable checks are completed.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 3n3n may charge a dormancy administration fee of up to ₱50 per month on dormant account balances after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice after the dormancy period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3n3n Platform — including but not limited to the 3n3n brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 3n3n or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, scraped, rebranded, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of 3n3n. Game content is licensed from third-party providers and is subject to those providers' respective IP rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3n3n's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3n3n shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage;
• Loss of profits or opportunity arising from gaming outcomes;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 3n3n's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Privacy

3n3n collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 13. Responsible Gaming

3n3n is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for Filipino players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, available through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss Limits: Cap net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform.

14. Amendments to Terms

3n3n reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 3n3n will provide notice via email to the Player's registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 3n3n's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the dispute to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial body with competent jurisdiction.

3n3n's decisions regarding the interpretation and application of game rules, bonus eligibility, and Account actions shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution rights afforded under Philippine law.
